DPD have to be the worst ever delivery company. The sooner they go out of business the better. In the last 10 days I have had 4 deliveries from them and not one has beer right. I have been lied to, I had a driver who thought it was funny that his “computer thing” took him to an address 4 miles away, I had the same moron leave 1 package when he had 3 on the van for me and, why do they give you a delivery time-slot when they never, ever meet it! In future I intend to ask all suppliers who they use and if the answer is DPD, then I will go elswhere.

I’m too damn annoyed to type too much in here. This company should invest some money in decent drivers and a decent phone system. They left a parcel for me at the wrong house, then it took me hours to get through to someone with any common sense on the phone, then it took three days to redeliver the parcel although they promised next day.

I’ve just noticed they have a bloke called Bobby on the trustedpilot site , wouldnt it be better to sack him and pay some money to get some decent drivers rather than have the same “Hi insert name here,

Thanks for uploading the shows great to have the chance to hear them again. Hope you keep uploading. Do you have any of the graveyard shows or the highly successful breakfast show?

Somewhere I have CD’s full of MP2′s from the afternoon show – which I would think not many other have. I also have a few of the breakfast show as well. It’s just a case of trying to find them and then get them uploaded.

Fantastic to hear these, i can’t believe it’s been 8 years today since they left Radio 1. Which has since turned into a shambles. Can’t wait to hear a few more if you have them, i’ll be keeping an eye on this place!

Climbing Everest would be easier. If the driver decides he cant be fucked to deliver then you may as well forget about it. You cant call these muppets on the phones as its all press this, press that and then they dont deliver it anyway.

Pay more and get another courier. Simples.

Hi Lee,

They files are zipped to save hard drive space. Try right clicking on them (on a PC) and uncompressing them. Or use a program like 7-zip to do it for you.

Waiting for a package today within an hour slot window, so I thought i’ll make a cuppa when I got an email through on my phone saying i had missed my delivery, my kitchen is right next to my front door and I had heard nothing, this being 10 minutes into my slot window, immediately I went to the door and had no sign of a delivery note of any sort, i live on a building site so i asked the builders if they had seen a DPD van, which they hadn’t. I then went on to ring about my “missed parcel” stating i couldn’t pick it up as i have no delivery note and therefore had no proof or evidence that the driver had even been this morning, they put me through to another department, which put me through to customer care. I think they had just had enough of listening to me when they decided just to give me the depot number. I went on the ring them… which turned out to be interlink and stated they had no connection with DPD and do not deal with them, Thats awfully odd when their customer care line had just contacted you and you said that you were expecting my call.

After 2 hours of trying to find my parcel they said they would re-deliver it at some point today, because of the inconvenience as a gesture of good will.

Or you could just do your job.

I’m too angry to type anything more than FUCK YOU DPD. Almost every delivery you’ve sent me has caused problems.

Here is there address phone the fuckers up and tell them what to do with their crap service.
